Full Care

• 12’6″ x 12’6″ Concrete Block Stalls
• Shavings
• Rubber Mats
• 2 Wash Stalls with Hot Water
• Feed Twice a Day (Pelleted McCaulley Brothers Feed. Any other feed you wish to have will be at your own cost.)
• Hay Twice a Day
• Turn-out in semi-private paddocks or larger fields
• Salt and mineral blocks provided in paddocks
• Blanketing as necessary
• Stall cleaned once a day
• Use of boarder’s tack room, lounge and kitchen area, and bathrooms
• Routine farrier visits - we scheduled and hold. If you use other than farm blacksmith, you must schedule and hold for them
• Routine veterinarian visits - we scheduled and hold. If you use other than farm veterinarian, you must schedule and hold for them
• Use of farm riding facilities including indoor and outdoor arenas and cross-country courses
• 4 Group Lessons/Month ($50 Each) OR $200 towards training rides
